Feels like at home really. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the sensor lighting switching on every time I passed by the bathroom. But the rest overweights this minor peculiarity. Very comfortable bed, smart spare tables, little handy sofa, coffee machine and even welcome coffee in a sachet. Would definitely come back again.

I would like to take the time to say thank you to Jonathan, he was kind from day one and always was there to help me if I had questions. The place was very nice nothing to complain about it. My only suggestion, semi-tint the glass from the balcony it is across from the building. So it does not provide privacy when you have the window open.

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! Fabian was quick to respond, making communication smooth and stress-free. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and stores just a short walk away, which made my stay super convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

Bed - pretty comfortable. Room - cozy, enough for like one person to feel snug. Cleanliness - floor a bit wet when I walked in, but nonetheless overall super clean. Wifi - super fast.<br/>Honestly, if I were to say who this place is for... It's for a digital nomad looking for an upgrade on a hostel. It's got front security and is a new building, so you definitely get that elevated feel. Don't forget to check out the roof for a nice view. I had coffee there in the morning. I loved the electronic blinds system - the measurements of the blinds were so precise that the light is almost completely blocked out. Washer/dryer machine inside the unit. Would stay here again - 10/10 recommend.

Overall is a nice new place in a loud location and not necessarily convenient to walk by. <br/>Jalo rental is a great building, brand new with very nice amenities, co-working space, gym, and washer/dryer in unit. Each of the rooms has everything you need for a short stay (bed, full bathroom, and well equipped kitchenette) but they are VERY small and thin walls - we were able to hear the next room conversations and smell their smoking.<br/>The building is in a noisy area and the windows are not insulated, that was a bummer. Also, the building is not completely finished and Jalo had not idea. They were still doing repairs and pairing right in front of our door. We reached out to Fabian (who didn’t respond) and then to the provided “chat” contact who told us that they were not aware of the painting happening. They were nice enough to move us to a floor where painting will start as soon as we left - as I’m pregnant and cannot be nearby chemicals. <br/>Again pretty place and full of great amenities.

Our stay was generally okay. But the place was unfortunately a lot noisier that we would have liked. Often we heard either hammering or drilling in the walls around us, even through mornings and early afternoons. The biggest downside is the the park right next to the building. People constantly smoke weed in the park, meaning we often had to keep our window closed, which was our only way of airing out the apartment. They also sort large amounts of trash at least 3 times a week (through the entire night) right in front of our window. This would wake us up several times a night. Apart from that, the location is great. Lastly, the place was still being painted during our stay, making entering and leaving the building not so great. Oh, and for longer stays the 10 second sensor in the bathroom will likely drive you nuts. The lights go out an ungodly amount of times while going to the bathroom, shaving etc. It sounds silly but it's quite annoying. Floors remained dirty after every cleaning.

The Airbnb was wonderful; it was very clean, spacious, and perfect for my time in Bogota. The area is quite nice and is conveniently located within five minutes of supermarkets and good lunch spots.<br/>The building itself is very new (i.e., certain parts still under construction), which is nice, yet comes with its own challenges (e.g., noise of construction exterior and interior construction starting from about 8am). Hopefully construction doesn't last much longer, so future guests shouldn't need to contend with this for much longer. Be advised. When construction is done, new guests should be able to enjoy a co-working area and a gym, which should be nice. I hope to visit again after construction is complete.<br/>In other news, the building staff is pleasant!

Nice spot about 10 minutes walk from the park 93. <br/>Good restaurants and cafes all around the area with 100-500 meters. <br/>New building so still some construction noise going on. <br/>Peaceful and quiet location at night time.

The apartment is like shown in the pictures and Fabian is a good host that replies very quickly. The location is ok since it’s near some nice restaurants and relatively close to other cool areas. Although the apartment has all the mentioned appliances, it doesn’t have the items required to use them (i.e. coffee filters, coffee, soap for the washing machine). The building isn’t finished so the shared spaces are closed and you hear construction workers most of the day (even Saturdays). We also had a short power outage but it was resolved within a couple of hours. I think it will be a good place to stay once the building is finished.

I really liked the place, it has what you need to go for a walk in Bogotá, it is in a "central" place depending on how you see it and where you are going to move, in my case the location was perfect because it was where I was mostly moving. Good amenities, good internet connection, very independent place.

The building is very well equipped, with spaces such as the coworking and the gym that were very useful. The doormen were always very friendly and helpful. However, there is a lot of street noise throughout the day, and especially at night and in the morning, which interrupted my rest. I would recommend wearing earplugs. Other than that it was a good stay.
